Ariel and his team were fantastic to work with and did excellent work on my car. I had the suspension replaced on both the front and rear, and they also addressed an issue with my control arms that had been replaced by another shop months earlier. Those parts had failed over time but were still under warranty. Ariel was upfront and honest throughout the process. He clearly explained the problems and even advised me on how to navigate the situation with the original shop. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to get high-quality OEM control arms to replace the faulty ones. His expertise, transparency, and willingness to go the extra mile turned a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. I really couldn’t ask for more — they even washed my car before I picked it up. I highly recommend Ariel and his team for their professionalism, skill, and integrity.

The guys at One Stop are seriously the best! I never feel pressured into anything, and they don't use their expertise to try to upsell you on maintenance. I particularly love the inspection results that they provide, which prioritize the issues that need immediate attention vs what can be addressed at another time. They are honest and genuine about what work needs to be done and take the time to talk through it all. My partner and I have been going to them for the past 6 years. They seriously rock in every way. Cannot recommend them enough!

One Stop is our families go to repair shop. Their service is unmatched. When we bring our cars for repair they drive us home so we can wait in comfort and still have a productive day. One Stop Auto Care in Eagle Rock is truly a rare find. Their customer service and honesty are something you don’t see often anymore. They treated us with so much respect, explained everything clearly, and even found the parts we needed in just one day. Took my grandma's car to these guys and Ariel took such good care of us there. Kept us informed of the process and absolutely ZERO upsell tactics. He went above and beyond and got us set up at the dealt for a few repairs that were covered by warranty which no mechanic shop has ever done in my experience. The mechanics are very skilled and the customer service is top tier! I have and will continue to recommend 1Stop to everyone I know!!

This place is a dream shop. It's literally the best. I took our 2011 Prius here and they *saved* it from the scrap heap. They took photos of needed repairs. It's one of those rare auto repair shops where if you trust them the whole experience is actually great. I'm a trusting person, so I usually am super disappointed in most shops, because I think they are trying to scam me. One Stop is just too busy to do that. They rely on a great reputation to bring in more business, and so that's what you get. Is One Stop the rock-bottom cheapest repair shop? No. If you need dirt cheap auto repair, look elsewhere. If you want a shop that you can trust, that will stand behind their work, that will actually fix your car issues, and that has fair pricing, then go to One Stop. Oh, and they are faster than any shop I've been too. Quality and speed, at moderate and very fair prices. This is the sweet spot. Best kept secret in Northeast L.A.
